An 18 year old California teen driving intoxicated while live streaming on social media crashed and killed her 14 year old sister. Obdulia Sanchez has since been arrested and charged with vehicular manslaughter and DUI. Her sister, Jaqueline Sanchez was not wearing a seatbelt was thrown through the back window which resulted in a fatal head injury that killed her on the scene. Another 14 year old teen passenger sustained moderate injuries during the crash.
